Hello all,

I've been lurking on the site and thinking of building a Weekender teardrop for some time. I finally bit the bullet and started a very basic trailer for speed of build and light weight. A couple of photos are below; I have a trailer already that I will mate to the frame soon.

Looking forward to camping and making a few gatherings!

Hi John, welcome aboard. Looks like you have a good start, and don't need a lot of input from us. Do you plan to paint the exterior, since you are spackling the screw locations?

Im originally a Ms. guy myself. I grew up in Greenville. I used to go to Brandon alot . My sister and Brother lived there at Crossgates.
I'm all but finished with my camper. Ready to camp, but the interior details will wait. Looking forward to meeting you at some of the get togethers.

Appreciate everyone's notes -- and yes I will be sealing and painting throughout.
