Hey Scott. When I said "I can't wait for the next one" I was refering to Chain of lakes not the Shiveree. I have not given that a second thought.
Tim & Judy, have fun at the Boogie

The Deepest spot in Lake Superior, the largest of the Great Lakes is 1,333 feet or about 222 fathoms. This profound depth could easily contain the entire 1,250' Empire State Building, even with a 50-foot-tall King Kong perched atop.

Chain O Lakes is gonna be a good one. :applause:

Still planning on a night and the parade on the 12th of July, that will be a site.

Just hangin' around working on my house, the Honda (1964 Honda 50) and the Mustang.

Went to Fish Creek Pond Gathering last week in the Adirondacks. It's really a fun gathering with lots of things to do.

We had rain almost every day from late afternoon and well in to the night. Some days in the morning too.

I'm finally dried out. What a mess!!

Also planning a trip next weekend (June 26) to "Mid-Ohio" Raceway to see some vintage grand prix racing.

Are you really building a "Barn Drop"??

What... no "Lexan" shingles? :)

This will probably have a "conventional" roof (Aluminum) makes more sense anyway.. Otherwise the hay would burn up.

Can't wait to see this one when it's done.

Did you pick a name for it yet?

Scott,

How about a lil love for the South. I know there's no banner/chapter for KY but a Southern Appalachian would work...

There could easily be a KY Chapter hint, hint 8)
I can see the Logo in my head already maybe a little Bluegrass and horses theme.
Hmm  who would make good directors

And not to worry I love the south and for sure wouldn't want to leave you out.

I figure this is as good a place as any to post since this thread has been hijacked more times in it's 13 pages than you can shack a stick at.

I've discussed with some and now am putting out the question to all as we're getting close. We've got a parade at our local fair that's about 1-1 1/2 long. After watching it last year and all the different things pulled in the parade it dawned on me what this parade needs is teardrops. I'm working on a banner rack for the top of my tear so I can fly the banner so everyone will know what we're about. I'm gonna bungy the doors open and let the kids ride inside so people can get a peek inside.
What I'd like to get is about 6-7 people that might be interested in pulling there tear in the parade with me. You could come down on Sat and spend the night at the local campground or come down on Sunday we'll be meeting at the fairgrounds at 1:00 for the parade.
Anyone interested just let me know and I'll get the paperwork taken care of for the entry. Just email me or post here.

Now we can get back to our ramblings and trying to get a KY chapter formed so we can complete the circle around us ;)
