Welcome aboard, Whinge, you've come to the right place. Remember, we are here to help and can give you tips on how to keep it as light as possible. I have a 40" x 72" teardrop that only weighs 245 lbs. Good luck on your build, take pics and post em.

Hello and welcome to the nut house! Check out the design library at the top of the page, don`t miss the generic Benroy plans, a godsend for a first timer.

Don`t be afraid to ask questions, we`ve all been there at some point so someone will know the answer.

We Brits have a growing and very active chapter over on Tearjerkers
(link at top of page)

I have a very lightweight generic Benroy trailer for sale as we speak. Alternitively give Martin a shout at www.turtletrailers.com He specialises in lightweight fibreglass trailers for the trikers. ( tell him Paul wants peanut, he will know what you mean  )
If evvr tha dus owt fr nowt, allus do it fr thissen

Hi whinge,

Welcome to the forum.

There are some great trailers in the hall of fame at the top of the page.........

Have you found a profile you like yet?

It can be a lot of fun building your own trailer,

Dave
