Hello,
I just bought a LittleGuy 5 Wide trailer and it is already wired for 12V with a single deep cycle battery. The 12 V system runs a car stereo, a couple of lighter sockets, 3 interior lights and the fantastic vent.
I am thinking about adding shore power with a converter/charger so I can keep the battery charged over a week of camping, as well as run a coffee maker and my laptop if needed. Obviously the shore power would also run the 12 V system when connected too.... - thanks to all who posted wiring diagrams
So my question is can anyone recommend a Converter Charger to do the job? I am not familiar with makes and models or the kind of Wattage that I will need.
Also, what type of inlet is recommended? 30A? seems to be the way to go. Or can I just use a 30A adapter cable and plug in the Converter rather than hardwire it?
Thanks
Chris
