Angel Prayer List

Things that don't fit anywhere else...

Postby Ivar the Red » Wed Jun 24, 2009 4:12 pm

Hello everyone!!! We got some kind-of good news about my nephew, T-Bird, today. It seems that his problem is not cancerous!!! But now that leaves his doctors wondering why there is such a large problem with his lymph nodes. They're latest guess is Hodgkin's Disease....more tests....

Thank you for your continued thoughts and prayers!!!
Johnny

Marijo:
Thank you for asking. Actually, they are doing well. They drove to Louisiana yesterday to visit our family and felt they could use a break. We all talked about the loss of the little one and they came to their own conclusion that God knew what he was doing and they weren't going to question it anymore. I think it matured my son somewhat. They will both make good parents when the time comes...they are so full of love. :)

Ricky,
God Bless you and your wife. Ya know I also have high blood pressure and never check it. But reading your post I am going to start today. I guess I just assume the medicine is working. I will add you and your wife to my prayers. :worship:
God Bless you both.

Hope to see you on the road.

Ricky, you are doing damn good actually! You are alive and typing on the Teardrop forum. :applause: Awesome on both counts! We will pray, pray, pray for you and your loving wife. I have just a tiny bit of advice - be patient but be persistant - push yourself to your limit, then push a little more. If you get discouraged, give a shout out on the TD forum...we will be here listening and cheering you on. Before you know it, you'll be dancing like your Avatar! ;)

You are both in our prayers!!! :worship: Keep us posted.

I'm sorry I haven't updated you guys about my nephew lately. The reports are great!!! There is no cancer or lymphnoma(SP) at all!!!! The doctors still aren't 100% sure why he had so much swelling in his lymph nodes...but the swelling is going down and they think it may have just been an infection of some sort!!!!

And....I might be gainfully employed again in a week or so (just waiting for a phone call). Thank you guys so much for the prayers.

Johnny, that's great news on both sides! Did they rule out Mono on your nephew? I hope he is starting to mend. So, you might be a working man again soon...that's awesome. Good luck J and keep us posted.
