Hello from Grand Rapids MI!

Howdy, all! Cal here, from Grand Rapids MI. My sweetie and I are currently exploring the world of TD's or a Cargo conversion, and browsing here has been a great thing. So, greetings to all - and thanks already for the great info!

Hi Cal, welcome to the forum. Good for you, wanting a small camping unit. A teardrop build will take longer than buying a cargo trailer and converting it, but with a teardrop, you can express your own design ideas, and answer "Yes, I did" when asked if you built is all yourself.

I all depends on what makes you happy. If you still call your better half, Sweetie, you better get it built right away. Love waits for no one. Check out our Hall of Fame, above and decide what you want and how soon you want it. We all have had to decide what our final build or buy would look like, and if you want to get-to-camping, jump right in and make up your mind. See you at a local campground, when you come to So Calif on your maiden trip, with a little wine and cheese, stars in the skies and with your Sweetie snuggled at your side, enjoying the campfire. Hey, what's better than that?
Roly ;) 8)

Short answer? Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Yes, I do call her sweetie, babe, darlin', and Shade of my Heart (from the Robert Jordan Wheel Of Time books...). After 27 years, she still turns my head every time she walks in the room, and we still laugh long and hard together even through the ups and downs of life. :)

Thanks to all for the warm welcome!
