Just saw two amazing help wanted ads. The first one was for a millright... you know, the person that knows machining, welding, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, refrigeration and several other skills needed to keep an industrial plant running. In the past millrights made an average of about $30-$40 per hour because they needed so many skills.
This job said it paid $11 per hour.
The other one was for almost the same kind of skills plus they added toolmaker to the list. Now we're talking two $30/hr jobs combined into one person. They offered a generous pay package of $13.50 per hour.
The sad part is people are so hungry both these companies probably have people lined up to apply.
