Eunice, I'm confused . I'm not aware of a 'cave entrance' fee. There's the $10 Ntl park entrance fee and the $10 camp fee. I've emailed the park for clarification.
It'll be warm at Lava Beds. The tubes are a real nice respite and musical intruments sound real good in some of the tubes. I'll bring my digeridoo.
Valentine and Skull are my favorite ones. There's an ice floor in the bottom of Skull.

How about a JSRG? A few of us meet some Friday in some nice spot in the redwoods for a mini-meet.

More camping! Less staying at home this summer.

after my long trip, any short trip for me will be exciting. That JCRG would be great and I would be there, just name a time and a place. Had to not be at the last JS gathering due to long trip, but I am ready for and short one and see those beautiful Red Wood again. I am ready. The coupe has been idle for too long so it needs to get out and do some traveling

some one do a search and see if we can get reservations at a campground. How about Aug 28-30. You cant just drive in to most of these anymore. Grizzley Creek is close to IRG (pamplin grove)

County's Public Works Parks division controls that park.
