Kolbasz Festival - for the Honor of the US

On October 19th I and my lovely wife will be jetting off to beautiful Bekescsaba Hungary (my father's hometown) to visit relatives and to participate in the annual Kolbasz Festival. (see link)

I and several of my cousins have entered this year competition and using the secret family recipe we will be making 10kilos of some of the finest Hungarian Sausage this side of Budapest.

I think that I am one of the first Americans to entry this competition. So wish us luck.
