Hello from KCMO

Greetings everyone! I've been a tent camper for quite a while and saw my first teardrop out in Zion National Park a few years ago. At the time I was younger and didn't give it much thought, but then I saw the show on Discovery Channel and started looking into them a little more, and now I'm dreaming about building one sometime in the future.

I see a LOT of beautiful trailers on this site, which make me jealous. :)
So someday, I hope to get a design worked out and start building, but after I do a few more things.

Welcome! And make plans to come join us in September near FT Scott KS at the Crawford State park gathering. My best advice is to see one in person .

And be sure to check the North Central AND South Central sections...

Happy camping !

Welcome! I have spent many a layover at KMCO and still enjoy coming back every time!

Hey thanks for the greetings everyone. I'm sure I'll have a lot of questions when the time comes. Also thanks for the heads up about the gathering near Ft Scott. Do you happen to have the dates for that? I might be able to zip on down and see some of the wonderful TD's to help give me some ideas.
