A balmy 97 degrees at 12:30. At least the heat index is only 99 degrees. I wonder how hot my frame is sitting out in the sun.

Reminds me of the time when I arrested a guy driving a tow truck. Had to call a tow truck to tow the tow truck away. Something ironic about that.
