hi all,
im new to the forum but have been looking at it for a while and figured it was time i joined. i have an original 47' cub that i plan on restoring soon but for now its sitting in the shop waiting to be restored.
yall realy know what yall are doing ive seen so many good ideas on this forum i joined cause i might run into problems on the way and figured this would be the place to get advice

Hi Cub47, welcome to the forum. First you gotta post some pics of the project tear that is waiting for restoration. Next, you gotta give us some kind of hint as to where you are located. I promise, we won't swing by in the dead of night and make away with your 1947 Cub. You have quite a find there, and I hope your efforts will bring it back into it's original glory. Glad you found us, just ask any of the restorers for advice and you'll get answers if you need them. Good luck, remember, pics, location and a donation to me for my next build...........Naw, just kidding on that last one.

it needs a lot of work but its restorable
and i live in central arkansas hopeing to take it up to pettit jean when it gets done. and nice woody roly!

Hey Cub47,

Welcome from another 47 Cub owner. We are in the process of restoring ours now. We've taken it all the way apart, and the trailer frame has been sandblasted and painted..... a lot more work to do, but it's all good.

Good luck on your teardrop and post more pictures!
