Hi From Central Florida

Hello
I just joined today! My wife found this site via her glass working forum. (someone was thinking of converting a shasta to a studio) So after a bit of prodding I have joined!
We both love to camp but haven't done so in years. We have 5 kids ages 26, 21, 16, 7 and ......... 10 months! We want to get back into camping and the older ones would like to start camping with their families (yes we are grandparents too)
SO, my wife suggest instead of needing to figure out how to pull something with a new bigger vehicle that we look to something small to pull with our car..........Which brings us here! We love to build, repair, remodel things together so why not make our own. I did a search on youtube and found that building our own was quite possible. Now we are here! YAY!!
SO now we need to start figuring out what we need to get things going and I guess our first step is to find a trailer and start figuring out a design. We will have the WHOLE family envolved in building and at some point will help each other build for each family. We are looking at a trailer harbor freight has but we have also listed on several yahoogroups that my wife is on, to see if we can trade a large generator for a trailer. So, its great to be here and we look forward to chatting with you all and maybe at some point see you around a campfire!!
