Hey Guys, Thanks, the hinge came from Little Bear in the States and I am about 84 inches in width. I think I will just wing it and if I get pulled over and ticketed then I will put on more lights. Here are some pictures of taking it for a test drive. I tracks like a dream and I hardly know that it is back there.

We will load up tomorrow and get on the way to Pennsylvania. WooHoo

:P :P :vroom:

Now tonight I get to sleep.

Enjoy the road trip, hopefully you don't get busted on the lights.

We'll be looking forward to some travel photos following the 4000k trek.

Hi Everyone, We just got home last night and everything went well on the return trip. the whole trip was 9545 kilometers or 5956 miles. Quite the maiden voyage. :vroom:

On the way back we were able to drop in on the Land Of Lincoln Chapter of TearJerkers gathering. The people there were amazing and they welcomed us with open arms. Here is the group photo.

The trailer worked well even though we had torrential downpours every day except for two days. I had some water damage on some areas that weren't sealed well enough, but, nothing that can't be fixed. That's what a maiden voyage is for. We are now thinking of naming it "The Rain Maker"

And no problems with being over 80" inches wide. I was passed by numerous RCMP and State Troopers without a problem.
