Photo Hosting

Postby dreadcptflint » Thu Aug 13, 2009 11:27 pm

It appears that after years of service. The photo hosting site that my family has been using is broken. :o We have had several thousand pictures that now display as their logo. :o We have to find a new one.

So who is everyone using? I know that there is photobucket out there and we don't even mind a modest fee. We need this as we have grandma's that check out their grandson's adventures.
The quickest way to find me is on my business site. Yes, I do answer questions and provide quotes for free. Find me at: http://www.wenatcheefarmers.com

I use photobucket, too. Really easy to use! The coding for posting pictures in almost any place is right under each picture... no fiddling with Img buttons, or typing code.

Yeah, what Jim said. And you can get a free domain name from http://www.dyndns.com but the name ends with one of their names.
If you have a firewall or router, you'll have to open up (and maybe forward) port 80 and you'll have to run some web server software like IIS or Apache.
It's not fun and games until someone loses an eye.
