The pictures all look great. Can't wait to see what you do to convert it. It looks like you have enough room across the frame rails to mount a battery in front of the V-Nose.

Really good find Hunter535! I especially like the color, the quality and the insulated RV side door with screen door. (Most utility trailers come with a solid side door and no screen.) Looks like the only dressing it needs on the outside is those chrome hub and lug nut caps. (Often on eBay) You've even got enough tongue real estate left to mount a 5-gallon propane bottle...or a diamond plate gun locker! :money:

:D
My wife and I are really pleased with the looks and the construction of the trailer. I was especially pleased with the room available on the tongue for a battery and/or propane. Have already modified the breakaway battery box so I have room for some goodies (just moved it back a little).

I purchased some electrical stuff today at Lowes. Went to a local rv dealer in Oneonta to see if they had a 30 amp power inlet. No luck. Guess I will have to order it from someplace.

I also picked up a series 29 marine deep cycle battery from Walmart. I hate the place but for $79.99 @ 125 amp hrs, I don't think that I could go wrong (18 month full warranty - prorated for 36 month)

:) Hello madjack.

Yeah it would probably be good to tell you my name. Chris is the name and projects seem to be my game. I always seem to have something that I am working on! Still trying to finish the second floor of our house while I am working on the TTT. I have to have the TTT ready by June 15.That will be our maiden voyage - 800 mile road trip one way :phew:

I am still plugging along :hammer: .

Ran into some setbacks - $> - that was unexpected but I should have it ready to stay in for Columbus weekend if not sooner.
All the electric is run and is working fine, ac and dc. Battery is charging fine via the converter.

I am in the process of constructing the bunk beds and a futon style bed for my wife and myself. I will post pics as soon as I get my butt out there with the camera. The front kitchen area may take a little longer though. Depends on the dough!

Looks great Hunter!

BTW, I just got back from camping two weeks at Applegate Lake. Gotta get to work now on the new build that has been just sitting there in my little storage lot.

It's 12 ft. long, 6.5 wide, 6.25 high and has a rounded V-tail.

Ok Prem,
You sparked my interest. Dimensions I understand but the v-tail, I am having trouble rapping my brain around.

Chris,

See the rounded v-nose on my Featherlite? Imagine that on the rear of a smaller teardrop. Plus the entire tail is tilted up for off-roading.
