Man.... that's a heart attack on aluminum foil just waitin to happen. Think I'll stick to my favorite. Pork Butt hickory smoked real slow for 24 hours, til it falls apart. Then make up a sauce with 2 cups of apple cider vinegar a cup of brown sugar a little salt, a bunch of pepper and a little Old Bay seasoning mix it up with the ol pork but and you got yourself some good ol Carolina pulled pork.
