I was raised by an alchoholic father, enough said. My mother was the one who worked and kept a roof over our heads. My father had a wonderful job but drank his money away. Screaming and yelling was an everyday occurance. Except when he was nursing his hangovers. Everything had to be quiet.
Now Bill had the most wonderful upbringing. Perfect loving family but w/ 3 boys and 1 girl, he says yelling and fighting occured but only when his dad was working. Lol.
We raised 4 daughters and you can bet there was plenty of arguing, still is but I never liked screaming and wouldnt have it in the house. Usually they made up without screaming or coming to blows.

We had more than out share of 'drama' at home growing up, primarily brought on by my older half sisters and all their nonsense. Throw in our dad passing away while we were in high school...lots of carrying on. So now, I don't do drama, at all. Especially on the old internet. I understand Mike's rules and feel when in his house they shoud be obeyed. I personally come here to study and enjoy freindly conversation, a nice break from daily nonsense.

A nice thing about the posting system is that it is very easy to ignore those posts that have no interest for you or that could become irritating. I find it easy to only open those that pique my interest and if I have opened something I don't want to follow I won't open it again.
