Please let us know HERE if you are going to attend this camp out. It appears that there are going to be a large number of people and planning needs to be done in terms of a back up plan....IE...the glyphs have a bunch in there. It's a no reserve location and it may be tough to hold enough places for a large group. I'd say, plan on doubling up and we tripled up before.
In speaking with Grant this evening, Bob Scott summit is the tentative back up plan, it's closer to the metropolis of Austin. I was going to contact the local ranger about whether or not the group area is going to be available. Also, don't forget to check the Austin NV. weather for evening temps....I'm thinking they will be cool.
Just wanting to make sure everyone knows what the back up plan is in advance to minimize wandering around the desert looking for a load of trailers.... Looking forward to seeing all of you there. Doug
