LCG IV cancellations and doubling up

Postby madjack » Sun Aug 23, 2009 11:12 am

...if you have a reservation and can't make it and have only paid the non-refundable reservation fee...don't call and cancel just let it slide...this will keep an outsider from claiming the site...let me know and I will try and find someone to take over the reservation(especially if you paid in full) from you....

...we are having quite a bit of interest from folks who where not able to get a reservation in time(y'all do know y'all are fast...doancha)...anyone interested/willing to double up, PLEASE let me know and I will try accommodate as many in the main camground loop as possible and of course, there is always the non-reservable overfolw area if we need it.......

THANKS............

p.s. if you are wanting to attend and don't have a reservation, let me know, either in this thread or by PM and I will find a place forya...NO ONE will be turned away for lack of space.........MJ

I am willing to double in site 23. As of now I still plan to attend, just don't know if I'll have a partner by then. :(

Jack, Count me in for "double up" . No since one guy using up all that room.

I tried to get a reservation, yesterday, with no luck. Do any of you still have space available to double up? I'm hoping I'll have my build finished in time. This just might be our maiden voyage. Keep in mind, I've got a rather large trailer compared to a average sized teardrop so I might take up a little more space than most.

I have spoken with two local couples with T@b trailers who have an intrest in attending, one I have offered to double in my site. I told the other couple to come on down and we will find a spot for them, hopefully I didn't lie to them. Help me out here folks.

Madjacks birthday or as close as we can get to it.

Somewhere between the 22 and 25ish of October. We stayed late. Temperature can run between 80* and 40ish. If you get a good sleeping bag and a small electric heater you will be fine. Oh and an umbrella just in case.

Oh and the showers are great too. They even have a laundry room. ;)

RnR...glad you are going to make it down to meet the usual suspects...temps over the last 3 years have varied from a high of about 80 to a low of 28...a cheapie ceramic heater will work fine for those cool nights...contact Reo-Ron(see posts above) and talk to him about doubling up...keep in mind, if nothing else, there is a non-reservable overflow area adjacent to the campground loop........

Postby Coca Cola Teardrop » Sun Sep 20, 2009 5:30 pm

I am thinking about coming over Saturday evening and I might bring the small teardrop.
This is the weekend before our daughter's wedding but we should have everything taken care of by then. Charles will be hunting in New Mexico and our daughter will be picking her fiance up at the airport so I will be all alone.
If I decide to show up maybe someone can let me squeeze for the night or I can park in the overflow.
I'm sure it will be a last minute decision. I might even just come to visit and take part in the potluck then drive back home. I'm only 2 hours or less away. I can stop by the casino too.
I just don't know right now.
