DIY LED lights

Been reading up on wiring LEDs for 12V applications; pretty simple. Have ordered 120 white LEDs with resistors. This should save a ton of $$ and not drain the batteries.

DIY LEDs

Ageless, I can't think of more useful info than how to make your own LED lights. I especially like that part about saving a ton of $$$. They are quite expensive.

Please post the "how tos" when you get it done. I want to change all my lights to LED but that ton of dollars things has slowed me down so far.

One again I will go out on a limb and suggest relamping with parts from www.suprebrightleds.com. I have used a number of their lamps and found them to be high quality and not too expensive. When I suggested these guys before someone else posted slamming them. I have not found his complaints to be valid, but experiences can vary. I have placed several orders and they have all arrived quickly and in good condition. Boards are fiberglass/epoxy and conformal coated. I have not had an LED fail.

With most of this stuff you can't buy the parts for what you can buy the end product and if your time is worth anything at all you are losing money to build it yourself. My opinion, of course. I'll shut up now.
