do you paint the floor before you put on the roof coating?Here are some pics of todays progress feel free to be brutally honest :frightened:[/ihttp://www.tnttt.com/gallery/image.php?image_id=3398mg]ImageImage

I made lap and gap joints on all plywood joints also mortis and tenin all the joints on the floor framing the glue should be dry in morning on the lap and gap joints will do final assembly then and paint necessary

...if you are putting the roof coating on the bottom of the floor, there is no need to paint the floor first, in fact painting the floor would be counterproductive since it would seal the floor first which is what you want the roof coating to do

1) Glue your plywood floor to your joists...

2)Then seal the underside with a roof coating, and let dry for a week.

If you are going to insulate your floor, you can push then insulation in place the same day you put the roof coating on, and secure it with a few screws and fender washers.

3)Finally, bolt your floor assembly to your trailer.
