Don't worry buddy, that only applies to folks who live west of Ft Horn Tx...East of there, it is North of I-20, where all the yankees live :D  ;)

This is one from a southerner's imagination, after reluctantly discarding thoughts of duct tape and haywire ;) :D I used angle aluminum to keep rust at bay and 1/4" rods through existing holes in the tank base. Easy to move tank by removing the nut on one end and slide the rods out. This tank is 11 lb. but I believe the base is same as the 20 lb. tank. A store bought mount for a 20 lb. tank would be a lot easier, but I could not find one for the eleven pounder. I believe there is an eleven lb. tank that is the same diameter as the standard 20 lb. tank but shorter. It might be easier to find a tank mount for that.

The view from the bottom shows the attachment to the tongue platform. There is a piece of plexiglass between the expanded steel and angle aluminum to help hold things in place. I used two fender washers on each scew as a single one tended to bend as the nut was tightened. A similar tank mount design might be attached some other way to the trailer tongue.
