Sweet Paul, what a nice ride...so...is this business, pleasure or both? Just for once in my life, I'd like to have working on a car a thing of choice as opposed to a thing of necessity!!!

what it amounts to is both me and my neighbor are motorheads.. I used to wrench for a living.. Hes a pretty good bodyguy and I take care of the mechanical stuff..we take on other peoples stuff if it interests us. sometimes.. dont want to make it a job and keeping it fun. I take care of a small fleet of old chevrolets locally wth service work.. nothing newer than 72 is allowed, lololol... his shop is about 50 ft from mine, we work alot in mine and store stuff in his, were lucky our skill sets compliment each other..between the 2 places there can be up to 100k worth of old tin when its busy...

Great looking project there, Paul.

Getting a project on the road for the first time is my favorite part of building hot rods. I'm currently building a '32 Ford Victoria, '39 Ford standard Tudor, '33 Desoto, '37 Chevy Coupe, '31 Chevy Landau Phaeton, '29 Plymouth, and a '54 Chevy Handyman Wagon. Some are hot rods and some are restorations. I hope to have them all on the road in the next two years or so.

If you find the right customers, building for other people is every bit as enjoyable and rewarding as building a car for yourself.

BTW:
When you're out test driving it, be sure to steer clear of any 2009 Malibus.

building cars is fun but expensive, my 64 will take me a few years..
we have made good stides in safety havent we? Most folks think thoe big old cars were safer but theyre not. The 58/64 chevrolets had an x frame leaving the outsides vulnerable. I loved the steering wheel spear footage. Lets hope this never happens.
Sounds like you have quite the collection going up north!! lololOn to of the 64 and the 60 theres a 68 convertible a 62 2 dr hardtop a 69 camaro convertible rs/ss , my t bucket a 64 chev pickup...lolo neverending...

building cars is fun but expensive...

Indeed. And there's so much more trick stuff available these days than there was just 15 years ago should one stray from the bone-stock path. Even then...

Looking super clean, there, Paul! That's some atomic age style rgiht there!

I love saying my VW truck is 42 years old. And the camper is older!

You sir, are evil.

Repent, hand over that machine, and be absolved.
