An IMPORTANT REMINDER!

Please include ALL your info (including dates) so I have everything needed to add you to the Participants List. It has been time consuming in the past checking in on Reserve America to figure out what dates people have booked and figuring out what gear you have, or where you are from (well lots of you I know most of this, but definately not dates... it will save me a lot of time)

The ideal 'post' to notify me of your reservation should read something like...

Barack & Michelle Obama, site 230, June 10-13, from Washington, DC, bringing a 5x10 Yoder Todder

or if you tend to be a bit more private...

First date is your arrival date, second date if the day you depart for home.
So June 10-13 means you are arriving on Thursday, departing on Sunday.

BTW Dave...we will be leaving the top on the Jeep in 2010 but we're almost certain it's gonna be sunny this time!

Hi Dave,

Our official dates will be June 5 to June 14th, just 8 1/2 months to go! It was really sad watching Fish Creek Pond go to sleep. We had an awesome final paddle on the creek, with Alan and Leslie P. The colors are just starting to warmup for your trip in October, it should be perfect at that time. Can't wait to be back in June!

I, too, will have to wait a couple of months. Can't really put in for my June vacation until November -- but I'm hoping to be back!

My plan is to be there but I can't book for a couple months yet until I check the work schedule. If all goes well though, I'll be there with the Scotty this year! I've set the deadline for "campable" for June 1st just so I will have some wiggle room to make adjustments before the TearUp. Hopefully I won't have any trouble taking it off from work.
