I like what you have above with the state outline and the lettering, if it will be clear and readable.

My only suggestion is to clean up and simplify the southern most state boarder, just to look cleaner. And the fleur de lis ??? do we really need that?

Definitely gotta have the gator on there, I like it , but don't care for "an SCT production" ... sound kinda weird.

I'd love to see other ideas too ... and my suggestion is to have it on the back, all same color shirts (maybe an earthy color) and one color design on the back.
