Need help with a project

I am working on small projects to get my confidence level up for the big teardrop. This is a halltree given to me in rough condition. The antique orange had been partially removed and there was chemical paint remover on the wood. It has stayed that way for years. I have 3 of the original hooks, but none of the plates that they sat in. It has a pivot hinge that needs reinforcing on the seat. The armrests are not original. I need a replacement.
Does someone know where I can find something appropriate??

TIA

I remember one very similar sitting in the living room of my Granny's house for many years, wonder where it got off to?
Back to the subject at hand, I have no idea where to find these items, but I am sure someone here can help.

TIA-

You may want to check out this

http://www.vandykes.com/category/hooks

You may not find the exact match - but you may find something close.

Also - you could try a local salvage yard or try ebay.

Good luck

I found another duplicate hook on ebay.

Now I need help with the armrests. They seem to be crucial to the stability. It is a bit wobbly without them.

Those of you with higher end skills/tools I would be glad to reimburse someone to make something for me.

That is good - ebay is probably where you are going to find just about everything.
