The migration was a success We are now on a dedicated server

Postby mikeschn » Wed Oct 14, 2009 6:18 pm

The forum will be down for an hour this weekend to make the switch to a dedicated server. ;)

Don't know exactly when yet, but I'll keep you posted!

Mike...

Yeah, that's a pretty bold statement you're making to the forum Mike. In the famous words of Sally Fields, "You like us.... you reaally like us."

The upgrade and commitment is much appreciated my friend. :applause:

However, the switch, I am sure it's gonna cost a little more. I know Mike never asks for anything back. I've located the button on the top here titled "Donate". I am going to press that button again, just because I like being here. I might suggest that we all do our part if you like being here also. :)

Donate! Donate! Donate!

$1, $5, $50, $100--whatever you can afford or want to contribute to this fun, wacky world. Mike shouldn't have to cover the cost of this party even if it is his FAULT that we are all addicted to this site.

But down for a full hour? That would give me time to become re-addicted to TV. You might never see me again . . . (y'all couldn't be that lucky!)
Still graced with two eyes and ten fingers (due in no small part to luck!).

Just when you think a problem is solved, an uglier result replaces it.

Saturday morning didn't work out, so we are going to do Friday morning instead. So we'll be down Friday morning at 10am, for 1 hour. Keep your fingers crossed!
