I'm suspicious as the price is low, there is no phone number, only an email address, and it is stored in a storage locker near the airport. Also, the photo he used in the ad is one from the Little Guy website. He says it has no license/registration because it doesn't need one. What do you think? If I agree to meet him at the storage facility, will I be hit over the head with a wrench? Will I give him cash and find out later it was stolen?

Most are 3200-3500, or haven't sold at all if the price was higher. Just search "completed listings" on eBay.
I put my tear on eBay and got dozens of messages telling me it was too much money, because "Little Guys are so much cheaper...". Even a couple of Wazats went for 3700 or so.
In the last 30 completed auctions only two trailers sold for more than 4000.
Many dealers are dumping their trailers to get rid of them, driving down the price.
