i dont know about boudan taste but when im in texas i make sure i go buy mt pleasant tx or pittsburg and get pittsburg hot links the best you can ever eat make sure to get you some chille to poor over them andhot sause :R :twisted: :twisted:

Sounds basically like cabbage rolls in a casing minus tomato sauce, cabbage and cajun seasoning added ............... :thinking:
