i dont know about boudan taste but when im in texas i make sure i go buy mt pleasant tx or pittsburg and get pittsburg hot links the best you can ever eat make sure to get you some chille to poor over them andhot sause

Sounds basically like cabbage rolls in a casing minus tomato sauce, cabbage and cajun seasoning added ...............
