We were into it and had fun anyway! One kid looked in the trailer and asked if we lived there cause the economy was so bad.

We did not count them but my wife limited it to two pieces of candy for each trick or treater and we went through 6 large bags of candy (about $70.00 worth!!!). So I think we had plenty. We even had three or four different 16 foot or longer trailers bringing trick or treaters on a combined hay ride/candy roundup.

well, we got the same as always...."O"...we live on a private one lane narrow switchback mountain road, and it's dark up here. There are only four couples that live on our road year round, and only one has kids. Guess they went elsewhere?

We had about 50. Near a record for us. For some reason this year had some of the best costumes and the kids were unusually polite. What do you think is going on?

I don't think we had more than 90, way down from our usual 150 to 200. This from a village claiming 500 (they probably had to count a couple of cats and dogs to get up to that). [we are actually about 20 miles west of Toledo]
Our speculation is, at least in part illness. Nancy has had 10 out of 24 students in her fourth grade class ill.

we used to regularly get about 80 and it has been dwindling each year. I think we had about 20 some last year. seems like more and more kids are going to parties instead.

This year we packed the td and went camping.

Just over 1,200, but I cheat, we set up a Trunk-R-Treat at our little Church, which means that we all park our cars along one side of our parking area, open the trunks of our vehicles, Decorate for the season, and invite the the kids from the surrounding neighborhoods to come by and Trick or Treat in a safer enviornment.....turns into quite a party with old fashioned carnival games, our churches puppet ministry and with nearly 1,500 lbs of candy , hot-dogs, pop corn, hot chocolate.....everyone, young and old have a ball.

'Bout 9. The most I've had and I live in a trick-or- treatable neighborhood. Asked one group for a trick and they broke out in song.

We had just shy of 200. Probably would have been some more, but we went out for a little while.

I haven't had a trick-or-treater for 10 years, guess you have to turn the porch light on and also I live so far out that the kids don't want to walk that far, Oh well, maybe next year
