Sounds good to me. I bet some people would like to 'try' teardropping first, to see if they liked it before they invested in a tear of their own. I know folks who have rented RV's before buying one.
At one time, I had thought maybe I would rent my camper out, on off weeks, if I ever get it built. However, now I am thinking I would not trust it to give it over to anyone! Too much blood, sweat, tears invested! My Brother used to be an over the road trucker, but he is out of it now. Welcome to the forum.
