My brother lives in Huntington Beach (the original Surf City, ha) not far from the water. After seeing the devistating resuts of tsunami's recently I asked him if he was concerned. "Nah" he said, "we're pretty high up" (but not that high up IMHO). A week or so later he and a friend were walking not far from his house (and not that much lower in elevation) and they came across a sign "Warning, Tsunami Zone".
Now he's thinking, ha.
And, we have EARTHQUAKES too.
Cheers,
Gus
