I don't think it's all that complicated. Give them any sales, shipping, pricing information they request unless it's confidential.
If they order, get money up front, work with your bank to ensure that any form of payment you receive is valid and irrevokable, and ship only after you have assurance from your bank the funds are permanently in your hands.
Also you might consider filling a few small orders first before completing any large orders with them.
Let common sense prevail and you'll be ok.
If it seems too good to be true, it usually is.
