Can anyone give me some information. I know it is DEC 4-6 do you need reservations, if so are there anysights left. I dont know for sure if we are going to get off work that weekend trying to get off. Are there any pot luck dinners. Is there anyone out of vegas going down to this gathering it will be my first time to get to use my new trailer.

Well, if you call for reservations, you'll most likely be told they are full. But there are 25 sites blocked. So just show up and if the need is there, We can double up the tears. Right now it looks like 3, maybe 4 teardrops are coming from Vegas. No formal Pot Luck is planned but you never know. It's for the most part 'A kick back and relax type gathering' (last of the year for Teardrops and Vintage Travel Trailers).

Hmm. The story I got from AZ Roundup is to just show up... they never fill up. What gives?

There is only a couple of rangers. The rest are volunteers and don't always know what is happening. Ty called a couple of weeks ago and the gal he talked to said they were all booked except for one spot and that was before Bud got 5 more sites blocked. So the key is like has been said time and time again. DON'T call the park, call Bud and let him know that you plan on being there.

OK. I'm still lost. Guess I don't know the secret handshake yet. Who's Bud? What's his number?

Eddie is just as good. Bud is the Chief Dog in charge. In the below pic, Bud is the dude on the right.

Check the AZRoundup website. Look at the Events tab, then click on Buckskin/Parker (or something like that....). Bud's number is on the flyer.

Yeah, I think there are at least 3 coming down. Carol and I are dragging our trailers down. BC is planning on it if work doesn't get in the way. I haven't heard from Ken. Kathleen & David aren't going to make it. I don't know who else might be coming.

No doubt I'll bring along a little cast iron....
