Does this trailer have potential?

I first posted this in the Newbies as I am one but thought this would be a better spot.

I have placed two picture off craigslist on our album. The asking price is $250. He is guessing it is a 6x9 trailer. With no welding experience or friends who do welding, does anyone see any issues with this trailer before we check it out?

Hard to see the tongue . If it is a single 2x3 it may only go to the second member. Mine was similar and the tongue was straight but the 2nd member was bowed down form overloading. Wheel placement look real good and you will be able to section out those wheel wells a bit to shorten them since you won't be carrying near the weight this trailer was designed for.
