Well I get to take it for a test drive this weekend. Will see how it does.
Well done! Your metal-working skills, your craftsmanship and your attention to detail add up to one outstanding build.
Here's to a trouble-free maiden voyage! We want more pics!

Chris Squier:
Thanks for the kind words. I headed down to Canyon Lands this weekend, figured I could use some warmer weather. When I woke up saturday morning it was a -2 degrees. I did stay warm all night, just hard to get up in that nice warm weather. Here are a couple of pictures.
What a fantastic way of bringing in the New Year, a maiden voyage in your very own handbuilt teardrop to the Utah canyon country! Wishing you many yrs. of enjoyment with your newest toy.
Picked out a name yet? After studying your build I'm thinking something along the lines of "RainFearsMe",,,,
Hi Thomas:
It's up in the air a ways I was trying to keep it on the high side for crossing streams. I don't think i'll get to crazy when i'm offroad. I do plan to get away from the crowds.

I haven't got a name yet. I don't know if I can decide on one. It's harder than naming a boat. (Hum maybe Rocket) You never know.
