Ok holidays and weather has slowed my build to a halt.
But it's left me lots of time to think and as I build with no plans it helps to do a lot of that
I'm planning on pulling the Tiny Grumman (for lack of a better name) to New york in May. Normally the Tear will be used for the boys so galley is of no need. I plan on a half galley (midway up) for when I use it. it will have a counter about 1' deep by 40" wide with a pass through cabinet with sliding doors that can be opened from either side.
OK so on with my thoughts I was thinking

so were could I put pans and silverware while in route. So my thought is to make the entire counter flip up to reveal a 3" deep hidden well to put a couple skillets and some silverware in when I travel alone.
So I know this will not be handy when in use to get to the stuff but I can store my few forks and such on the counter and pans in a small tub or something when I arrive. Ok so as I type this I think

why not just transport the items in a tub. maybe if I split the lid in 2 one side could be opened without moving my pop-tart toaster (that was for you Bob

)
Thank you for reading my thoughts
