Pop-up Camper on Craig's List $300

On the Jacksonville, Florida, Craig's List (not mine):

I have a 1990 Starcraft pop-up camper that I need to sell. It does need some work. Needs new canvas, one of the cables that pops up the camper is broken, some wood needs to be replaced on the top ends. Everything else is in fair condition. It does have A/C that blows cold. I'm asking $300. Can't beat a deal like this.

It doesn't seem to be in all that good of shape for using as a pop-up, but I thought someone might be interested in the cannibalizing it for a TD or TTT.

I think it's a good deal. The trailer frame and A/C unit alone is worth more than the asking price.
It may also have other usable parts(sink, fixtures, stove, converter, etc...).

If it were closer. I'd take a gander at it.
