I've never seen a Rat Rod with only 3 wheel brakes. Or maybe one of the reservoirs fell off. .............

Have you ever seen a 5th wheel RV that the owner had welded and made into a bumper pull? That car could pull one.....at about 12 MPH in its torque band.

I had a Nissan diesel forklift motor in an International Scout with a 4 speed, but it was an inline 6 with an AirResearch turbo. It could pull heavy trailers. (Tail wagging the dog.)

What year is that motor? Originally a sailboat motor?

Looks like it's a diesel...

Three masters mean one for the clutch, one for the front brake cicuit and one for the rear brake circuit... with a brake pedal linkage adj. balance bar bewteen to adjust brake bias on the frickin' FLY.

I bet that would pull any of the trailers we like here with ease. I know one of the truck series Cummins 4BT is stock rated at 135hp/355ftlb of torque. And they're easy to tweak up well past 200hp, past 300 with some add-ons. Mate that to a 5 or 6 speed trans, and brother you got yourself a tow vehicle! They also routinely get mileage well into the 20s. The only real downside is man are they noisy! You have to be OK with your hot rod soundling like the UPS truck

Not only noisy but they leak oil out the vent tube and are messy. We have 3 in aircraft tow vehicles and 1 in a ground power unit.

lol, yeah oil leaks are another tradition for them no doubt. Guess a person would have to be a bit of a dieselhead to put up with the little 'idiosyncrasies' they offer
