Hey Gang,

Found this great FREE tourism guide for people with disabilities who might be planning a visit to our beautiful State of NC -

"ACCESS North Carolina" - Great book with all of the tourism info - Parks, sights to see, places to visit with a description of their accessibility for those with disabilities.

Online version here: http://dvr.dhhs.state.nc.us/DVR/pubs/ac ... cessnc.htm or you can order a hard copy snail-mailed to you by calling 1-800-VISIT-NC

"...Access North Carolina was developed with the special needs of visitors with disabilities in mind and through symbols and ratings, simplifies accessibility information for all visitors with disabilities, emphasizing what can be done rather than what cannot be done..."
