I just opened up your file and looked at it. Looks like it should work. It seems a little tight, but you've got your 3" of clearance. Maybe if you chamfer the wood so there is no chance the wheels touch the side pieces.

That would also give you other options for your wheel well cutout! :)

You could place a snubber bushing on the axle or frame to limit the spring travel to only 3 inches

Is there anyway I can upload a file for people to look at?


If just for viewing, sure. Use "Prt Scrn" to capture the image you see when in your CAD program. Then, go into your image program and paste that screen capture. Save it as a .jpg and add it to your gallery here.
