Can this be done?

Will this profile work? Is 10" on the radius too agressive? I'm going for something Grasshopperish...

Sure the profile will work with the 10" radii but the 5" radius in the door cutout is a lot tougher trim around.

The only concern I'd have is placement of the seams or ply ends in relation to the radii and stressing it in two places as opposed to one continuous radius.

You are going to be loading the span between to two front and back radii from both sides, you'll want it secured well. Avoid a joint between the two on either end if you can - may lead to increased material costs to avoid it though.

I have a 9" and possibly a 7" radius in my plans at the moment, but they are at opposite ends of the trailer.
