Scottish Flag Livery

Postby absolutsnwbrdr » Wed Mar 10, 2010 4:28 pm

I got a little bored this afternoon, and a bit adventurous, so I gave the Urabus a Scottish flag livery... whats everyone think? No, I'm not from Scotland, but I do have strong Scottish ancestory

Also, the Scottish livery does actually tie into the name of my trailer... anyone know how?!

5 points* to the person who can make the connection!!

I love the idea of a screen roof with cover on the top. The only thing I would worry about is water getting in. I guess you could bring the cover down far enough that water won't get under the cover.
Anyway, cool concept!

one of the guys who cleans the stalls is perfectly dyslexic. when his boss drives up in his new car, pulling a convertable teardrop, he looks up from his forkful of horse manure and exclaims "URABUS, nice car boss!"

I ordered some weatherstripping from Lil Bear, to run along the top edge of the plywood sides. With weatherstripping in place, the vinyl roof will come down over the sides about 2", pulling tight on the weather stripping. Hopefully that will be enough. If not, back to the drawing board to try something else!
