Well the plan is for the '59 Rambler Cross Country....we'll see...got the OD working...new air shocks springs etc....just need more poop in the engine....hopefully it'll do the job...guess I just need to travel on tear drop time....Doug
My father and I have just recently purchased 2 Triumph roadsters. http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/paulbos@s ... /my_photos (1st 4 pictures). That we hope to restore together. I think we'll restore my camping trailer and use it until the restoration is done. Andrew since this car came from your side of the pond what would you pull behind it?
So tell me Paul. Are they right or left hand drives? Good looking project, did you find it here in the states? I don't believe they were ever imported to the states, maybe a few.
Have a good day. P.S. If you could find a small Caravan, that would be the 'hot tip thing'. There are a few over here.
Remember 'Teardrop Time'.......Take your time, you don't have to have it finished NOW.
They both were right hand drives, but my dad's has been modified. Chevy front and rear ends and left hand drive. No motor in his. We are tring to decide what to do with it .
Drop a chevy 350 in it, clean up the body and paint it British Racing Green with tan leather interior. Then put chrome TR3 wire wheels on it. Yep, that'll work. What's the other one look like?
Have a good day.
