We're just waiting for the next episode in your build thread! It's kind of like reading a good book. We're just watching the story unfold and reading through to the finishing chapter. Then, we'll be watching for your next "story" to unfold!

Had a bit more of a play today. Struggled a bit screwing on the sides, as the ply has a bit of a warp to it, but hopefully this will pull true once all the spars are in. At one point there was a gap 3" wider than the spars
Then Phil and Paul came over, so the job had to stop while we had a beer and talked MAN STUFF. Ive also removed the door lock from the free door, and adapted the lock tumblers to fit a key . Gave it all a clean and built it back up and it works a treat

The only picture of the day, Im sure my Garage is shrinking, Ive got to step out the door to take a picture now

Kept out of our gert way, and played in the garage again. Screwed in all the spars that i have wood for (got to find enough wood for the last 4
Then i cut down the door frame and set to chopping the hole out. I managed it in one go with no more cutting required to get the door and frame in on a trial fit

If the door looks a bit too much to the rear, its so it can open and not go past the profile so i can have an awning on the side

Got to come clean, it was my mums, she used to use it at girl guide camp, when she was a leader. It was the easiest way of heating pie and peas for 20 hungry guides, when there was no power

Not a lot to update with today. Managed to get a solid brass porthole window for the side opposite the door , but ran into a problem when i found the router circle cutting base adjusts to 10mm less than i need
Looks like i will have to adapt it tomorrow

No Dan, i wont make it in this one this year. Too much to do and so little money
Not done much on number 2 today, spent most of the time altering the router base to be able to cut bigger holes. Once done i completely screwed up the first on by measuring the diametre needed and then not taking into acount the width of the router bit
Anyway sorted it out in the end and cut the hole for the window, and then a cople of sandwitch pieces to strengthen the side. Then spent an hour getting them in place before the glue set
