I love margarita's and was planning to bring the makings

but

I was wondering if anyone enjoys Rum Punch.. I had one in the Bahamas last year and it was WONDERFUL

I had a friend give me a Jamaican Rum punch recipe and was thinking about giving it a try.
Would anyone be interested in helping me sample this recipe?

Linda

I hear Danny loves rum punch, but only if it it is served in a coconut, and has a little umbrella in it. :D

CD I put your Planer in the galley too so I don't forget that as well!

It rained like crazy here and is still raining now, I got home from work to move all my firewood from the bed of the truck to the garage just in time...

YES! My planer is coming home. :)

From here in Frisco, we don't go to I-30. I go up 75 to around Sherman, and head off down the country roads to BB.

I think the Cat goes the same way that I do.

I-30 is probably the best route from where you live.

The TD is packed, and now that I'm done using the car today, I can finish packing.

I have the chicken legs all seasoned and chilled for packing. The grill is in the car. So, this time I have everything I need for potluck. I've had some issues with that recently.

What am I forgetting?

I got all the firewood moved back into the truck and loaded up the trailer, all I have to do tomorrow is throw the bike in the back of the truck, hook up the trailer, go to the car wash to spruce things up a bit, get ice and ROLL...

Yes that is a NEW easy up sitting in the galley that I bought today, it is the scissor kind but has a rounded top. Found it at Wally World for $45, If it sucks, I can take it back. I am bringing my old one if some one would like it for $20. It's good, I just don't like doing all that work putting the poles together.

You'll go thru the campground and past the first big nature center /checkin thing and past the stop sign and stay to your right .

Then you'll actually drive sort of past the Buckeye campground and the bathhouse, you'll see tennis courts ... turn LEFT right before the tennis courts and that 's our campground.

Thank you so much for this Julie!!! I took their confusing map and using your directions was able to find out location. Maybe it will help others...

Pretty much although I take 121 all the way to Bonham and then take the country roads to BB. I looked at the I30 route and I like the fact that I can cruise at a higher speed along I30 for a majority of the way. But that route is almost 20 miles further for me and the country roads are a nice view.

See everyone there soon.

I take 30 only because it is sitting right there, and knocks out half the drive quickly, Plus I want to stop off and take some photos at this place called "Miller's Cove" which is right on 30 just before Mt Pleasant, that's my last name, and there are only like 5 streets in the whole town and one of them is named Thomas, so I want to get the intersection of Thomas and Miller St ;)

Then its country drivin as soon as you turn on 259 which is the second half of the drive. I like the country roads too.

I'm gone!

Got home a little after 1:30PM today after a leisurely 3+ hour drive from BB. Had a great time as always. Was good to see everyone, especially the new folks we hadn't met before. Weather was generally good, a little cool & somewhat gusty at times but very nice for the year's first camp out. Breakfast from Gary & Trudy was great & the potluck Sat evening outstanding as usual. As always, too much food but the company was great. Got lotsa pix but haven't downloaded any yet. Maybe later. I'm sure others will post pix. Dave took the group pic & it'll probably be 'up' soon. Thanks Linda for another great time at BB.
