What do you do with your interior?

Anything to do with mechanical, construction etc

My dirt tear is a mixture of stained ply and pine, I used Sikkens varnish, top quality stuff. And as I rivetted my ply walls to the steel frame, I then used textured lining paper (Anaglypta) I chose one which looked like heavy hession and then painted that in a couple of coats of acrylic paint, everyone coments on how well it looks, gotta be happy with that

Though we design and build our TDs to OUR taste, it is always nice to git props and acceptance fer our efforts. Measure TWICE, cut ONCE...

Our interior is whatever Home Depot had on special in their paneling section. I think they're honey oak of some sort...

Breaking from tradition (but mainly because I have a massive stash of it) I will *probably use White High Impact PolyStyrene Sheet (HIPS).

I have large sheets of it from 0.5mm to 2.0mm thick.

Cheap
White to reflect all available light
100% Waterproof
Easy to cut with a craft knife.
Bends around even tight radii.
Fast to fit, way quicker than painting or papering.
Nice, even finish. I will use white caulk for the seams.
Wipes clean with a soapy rag.
Totally hides, screws, dings and backwards fitted ply. ;)

For the floor I will buy an off-cut of vinyl floor covering from my local flooring discounter.
Kind Regards, BigAl.

Our walls just have clear poly on them. I like the watersoluble stuff as it cleans up easy.

I put the finish on before the walls went up on the Boxcar instead of finishing the walls from the inside like I did on the teardrop. Its *much* easier that way.
