building outside in with curves can be very tricky... unless you just glue in carpet, which is just a bit simpler.

when I need to fit something that is an odd shape I make strips out of 1/8" plywood and hotmelt glue them together to make a template. each piece can be scribed to fit any irregularity then assembled into a whole template in position on the wall, ceiling, whatever. if it's for a wood panel, and I want a perfect fit, I scribe exactly to the adjoining piece or I use spacers to keep the template the proper distance away like this ceiling panel that needs room for the foam and upholstery fabric. in this case.. 3/32" all around.

Thank you afreegreek I like the upholstery fabric. I feel bad to ask to many question I work in a mail room so I don't have any thing to offer, but a cup of coffee are a worm are 2 . So I will try to ask few . The people that live next to me have a old fiberglass trailer it 45 years old it look like new. so I like to try to have a fiberglass one. so here a few question . Can the cheep 3/4 electric pipe be welded I have a lot here and can buy for under $2.00 a stick.
After talking to Don on a skin and floor the floor is $210 it has 1" foam and fiber glass on the top and bottom, I can get plywood 3/4 " for $25 .Would you pay the $185 more ? The people that live next said they had to replace the floor 2 times it was wood.

What do you want to do with the 3/4 electric pipe (conduit?)? It can be welded, but it is really just designed to protect the wires inside, not provide structural strength.
