question about battery chargers

Postby timlsalem » Mon Apr 05, 2010 3:53 pm

I've decided to go with 2-6 volt golf cart batteries with a 3 stage charger/batt. tender. Do I get the charger for 6 volt batteries or 12 volt?

12volts...assuming you will be hooking the batteries in series to have a 12volt system in you tear.

Yes they will be connected in seiries. Thank you. I'm asuming I won't have to make any changes to my charging system coming from my tow vehical either? Just wondering if I need more then a 30 amp fuse on the aux. battery? I would think not. Does anyone know?
